Orders & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before assembly has commenced.

For custom-built systems, once assembly has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

For prebuilt systems, all sales are final once the order has been confirmed, paid for, and/or collected or dispatched.


Returns

Due to the custom-built nature of our systems, returns are not accepted for change of mind, including:

  • Incorrect selection by the customer
  • Performance expectations
  • Aesthetic preferences

Returns will only be accepted where required under applicable consumer protection laws or where covered under warranty.


Faulty or Defective Systems

If your system arrives faulty or develops a fault under normal use, it will be handled under our 1-Year Limited Warranty.

Customers must contact us first to troubleshoot before returning any system.


1-Year Limited Warranty (Return-to-Base)

All systems include a 1-Year Return-to-Base Hardware Warranty covering defects in workmanship and hardware failure under normal use.

What’s Covered

  • Assembly or configuration faults
  • Hardware failure under normal use
  • Systems not operating as expected

What’s Not Covered

  • Misuse, neglect, or improper handling
  • Physical damage (liquid, impact, power issues)
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Software issues (OS, drivers, malware)
  • External devices or power-related damage
  • Normal wear and cosmetic damage
  • Cryptocurrency mining or sustained non-standard high-load use

Return-to-Base

Customers are responsible for returning the system for inspection.

If the issue is covered, repair and return shipping will be covered.

Claims Process

Contact us with a description of the issue and follow troubleshooting steps.

Proof of purchase is required. Repairs may use new or equivalent refurbished parts.

Additional Terms

  • Customers must back up data before return
  • Warranty is void if tampered with or modified
  • Warranty applies to the original purchaser only

Shipping Damage

If your system arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours
  • Provide clear photo evidence

We will assess and arrange repair or resolution where appropriate.


Refunds

Refunds will only be issued where:

  • Cancellation occurs before assembly
  • A fault cannot be reasonably repaired or resolved

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.


Consumer Law

This policy operates alongside your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

All systems are tested prior to delivery. By purchasing, you agree to this policy.
