Do you offer a warranty?
Yes—all PCs include a 1-year return-to-base hardware warranty covering hardware faults under normal use.
Are all parts brand new?
We use a mix of new and carefully tested used components.
This allows us to offer better performance at a lower price without compromising reliability.
Is Windows activated?
Most systems come with Windows installed and fully functional.
Some PCs may include an activated version of Windows, while others may not.
If not activated, the system still works normally and can be activated at any time.
Do the front USB ports work?
All standard USB ports function as expected.
Some cases include a front USB-C port, which depends on motherboard support.
If unsupported, that specific port may not be active.
